We are a Kuala Lumpur-based company called 1 Pavilion Property Consultancy Sdn Bhd, specializing in the sales and marketing of premium luxury properties under the Pavilion brand.

The Pavilion Group is a property development group based in Malaysia focusing on large-scale retail areas and integrated mixed-use developments in prime locations across Malaysia and China.

The Group’s management team comprises professionals specializing in investments, asset management, development management, design and planning, project leasing and marketing.

Through its association with WCT Holdings Berhad and Malton Berhad which are both listed on the main board of Bursa Malaysia (KLSE), the Group has grown steadily over the years and expanded into a diverse spectrum of developments including shopping malls, hotels, commercial and residential developments.
